/ LAVA CUTS IT FOR ROBOMOW
The UK distributor of Robomow® and online garden superstore, Mower-Magic.co.uk, is stepping up its marketing activity as it seeks to develop its dealer network and increase consumer awareness of the robotic lawnmower.
Mower-Magic.co.uk has asked Lava to develop a comprehensive PR and marketing campaign and support its appearance at this year's GLEE exhibition.
Mower-Magic.co.uk, based in Lincoln, is retaining Lava, which is tasked with raising awareness of the website and Robomow® amongst consumers and the trade.
“We’re looking to build sales of Robomow® and have asked Lava to help publicise the robotic lawnmower and the website,” says Mower-Magic.co.uk Managing Director, John Hall. “We’re also looking to add further retailers to our distributor network and the first step in this process is to attend GLEE, where we’re looking forward to showing off the Robomow® range to potential stockists.”
Currently, Mower-Magic.co.uk has ten distribution partners across the UK but as the results of its marketing efforts come to fruition, the company is seeking to develop this network.
The Robomow® range currently comprises three models, from the entry level RL350 up to the top of the range RL1000. All models offer excellent margins for retail partners and, as the Robomow® is the original robotic lawnmower, a full support package, including point of sale, advertising templates and DVDs for use in-store are available.
Introduced in 1998, the Robomow® was the first mower of its kind and to date over 50,000 units have been sold.
